I have not been able to get any of the 2008 PPC nightlies to run at all on 10.4 on a couple of PPC machines. 0.8.6c runs fine. Do I need to install anything else to support 0.9?

Got a new nightly for the OSX Intel. It is 77Mb. Vlc has become so huge from about 22MB.

So paste it into some kind of document that treats URLs as URLs and control click. I did that on your Kids URL in your message and it played fine on VLC.

I can't exactly follow what you're asking. You control click on the link and choose "download linked file". Is your problem that VLC does not play the files?
