Two bugs that makes VLC crashes

Hello, These two bugs in VLC are making me somewhat problematic. One is the crash referencing the comctl32.dll file (after playing the current file and subsequently deleting it using the playlist), and the other is pointing to the plugin file libffmpeg_plugin.dll.
