Streaming video with a transparent overlay

Hello,

I need to stream a video with a transparent picture over it. I could not find relevant information on web. Is it possible to stream video with RTSP protocol with a transparent logo on it? Moreover, is it possible to change/reload this logo during the stream?

i know that it's too late, but the thing you missed was adding port number to quicktime player. I mean try to open rtsp://IP:PORT/file.sdp
