I take that back. MMSH doesn't play audio for either player. It was playing audio earlier using access=http. It seems mmsh is muted for some reason. Any ideas?

I'm trying to figure out why MMSH muxed to ASF has no audio. Is there something I need to enable in order for this to happen? If I switch the access type to http and another container, it'll work.

I discovered the vlcrc file hidden away. I uncommented the security line and changed it from 2 to 1, and the tried again. It worked.

However, I'd really like to know what 2 or 1 means since I don't see ANYTHING online regarding this stuff yet. What exactly did I allow in by changing this?

I figured it out. I just needed to add the doGo process immediately after the init() command in the body onload.

That did the trick.

Hmm, ok. I've seen posts mentioning "tricking" video. So I guess that's what this is for?

I have the basic plugin buttons start, stop, pause, and fullscreen. I've yet to see anything about how to rewind.
