No... nothing works. And none of the other equivalent programs work either...

I have been unable to use vlc on filenames that contain hebrew characters. Anyone with a similar problem?
win XP vlc0.8.1

example file - mms://www.radio10.co.il/mp3/הרהג ראובן אלבז/אלבזבראשית/05חיישרה5762.wma
