If MPEG2-TS stream has two audio elementary streams in a program, can I make VLC play with the specified audio elementary stream?

Hi,
When I ran VLC in init3, VLC outputed video to framebuffer very well. In init5, I executed vlc on Gnome terminal, error occured.

vlc --vout fb filename
Error: fb video output error: cannot get terminal mode (Invalid argument).

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Sorry, I was confused. When I looked up the libraries vlc made, I found libps but libts. So I tried to compile ffmpeg --enable-demuxer=mpegts then vlc still did not make libts library. Then I tried to compile ffmpeg --disable-demuxers . vlc still made all demux libaried. I thinks the modules vlc mad...

That file contained H.264 data streaming over rtp. The parameter of the rtp file is:
Video: c=tag=0x81 16:9 ESrate=128kbps HS=320 PS=180 PS_SEI=no
Sound: c_tag=0x83 24kHz AAC+SBR ESrate=96kbps Mode=stedeo Samp=24kHz TNS=no
