raw I want is the original MPEG2 TS file to be sent, I just want VLC to add the RTP header to it. Currently vlc remuxes the stream, i.e. changes the PAT/PMT ,strips nulls, and just send the first program.

basically 24 fps being displayed 60i, EDIT: guess more accurate since we are talking computer world/progressive 24->60p
