Transmitting a video stream over MPEG-TS UDP Multicast using H264 encoder works great. Except at low bitrates. At 256kbps and below, the video is black. Fine at 512kbps though. Not looking for error correction, but it would be nice if VLC resumed playing through the errors (rather than crashing abruptly)
