I found his place that offers a free domain name, all it requires is a link back to them. I linked to my dyndns address and it worked almost at once.

DVB-S

A card that allows satellite reception (Usually PCI, but USB becoming more common). I personally have a SKYSTAR2 PCI card.

Thanks for the reply. I am using UDP/RTP. Command line is:

:sout=#duplicate{dst=display,dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,dst=###.##.###.##:1234}} :sout-all

replace ###.##.###.##:1234 with the destination IP address and port

Streaming *.ts files across internet

I have been successfully streaming *.ts files across my LAN (UDP) for some time now. I am attempting to stream across the internet and the server side plays locally just fine, and have set my TTL as high as 12 and always get the same error on the receiving end: " Main error - Unable to fill buf...
