I have configured VideoLAN as rtp server for stream mp3 file. It works fine but only within local machine. Other VideoLAN instance on local machine can plays this mp3. But anybody on the same network cannot connet to this rtp server. Their VideoLAN clients shows: "Unable to open 'udp://@192.168...

I have the same problem. I try the latest version of VLC and problem still occurs. Is this a bug ?

I have the same problem. Always after VLC loses connection about four try of reconnect are performed. Then this line in Messages window occurs: main: nothing to play And no another trying to connect is performed. Manual start is necessary. This is the reason I cannot use this program.
