Very frustrating the lack of this feature.
This software is awesome but in my humble opinion (just for me, and just for this reason) it's unfinished.
I'll check again in the future.

It happens ALWAYS when I close the VLC player not stoping the DVD previously.
If I stop the DVD and then close the VLC player it works perfect.

Is this a bug not reported yet ?

I ripped my DVDs to my HDD and can run them no problem. I use Ubuntu 7.04. The problem is when I close VLC, the audio of the DVD goes on. I have to kill the process in the System Monitor. I don't have this problem with other video files nor audio files, just DVDs. (I'm sorry if my english is no good...
