Guess I'll answer my own question. If the axvlc dll fails to register on your system, create a .REG file containing the text below. Lotesdelere, Thanks for your input. On the first initial clean install, MSVCP60.DLL (file version 6.00.8972.0) was already present and the 'ActiveX Plugin' box was ticked.
