In fact, it is not mms but rstp. When playing rstp://85.248.7.162/EXPRES_HQ, VLC connects but the sound is garbled and there are is plenty of warning messages, see below. So it does look as a bug, especially if VLC under Windows plays this correctly. It might be a bug outside of VLC though. vlc rtsp...
