I'm running windows XP pro with VLC 8.1. The problem I've noticed is that when watching a DivX movie, if I skip ahead or back I end up loosing the sound. If I don't skip at all, it works fine all the way to the end of the movie.

Saving some of the settings don't seem to work. I've download the windows installer and I'm trying to set the wxWindows interface to not embed the video, yet everytime I close VLC and go back in, its enabled again. Never Mind.... just realized that the menu entries have the settings being over writt...
