This didn't solve my problem...as I had speculated I couldn't get my m3u files to play as the vlc plugin seemed to have a problem with the url for the mp3s in the m3u file. Does anyone have a working example of m3u using the moz-plug

I can get quicktime to play a m3u playlist of mp3s in Firefox but I can't for the life of me get it to work for vlc (I have been using the sample code from the manual). I am using 0.8.6c on Windows and would appreciate any help, especially some working html. The files I am trying to play are sitting...

Transcode DVB stream for DVD suitable MPEG

I got the mencoder code shown in my first message from the Wiki.

I am not happy with the results and was asking how to transcode a ts stream to DVD compatible mpeg from the vlc command line?

I have a dvb-t card and vlc is creating beautiful mpeg ts files on Fedora Core 6...how do I transocde them to a dvd suitable mpeg using the command line?
