smartphones transcodes - 1/2 framerate

hi there, I was wondering if it is possible to only beable to add the possiblity of reducing the frame rate to your trancode function, since alot of smartphones can only handle 1/2 framerate (15 or 12.5) at the moment betaplayer is the only thing that will play them.. on smartphones. I have not noti...

I do not want to confuse the issue.. but I asume you are trying to stream over the internet ( that why the ip is fuzzy) and not a local network. I always found using tsmpeg and mpg4 , and mpga sending out using upd worked the best... with http it sort of needs all the packets to work so if there was...

hi there not quite a vlc topic but all you would do is build a graph in graphedit the links dvbcore (MY theatre) to your directshow filter the reencodes to the properties you want. then I guess from there you could link it to another directshow filter that would broadcastit or write it to a file.

it is pretty easy. all you need is Tsreader or any other dvbsat program that supports network streaming. you configure vlc to recieve these streamed dvb content. then rebroadcast transcoded to what ever quality your bandwidth can handle to your IP on the net transport in udp works the best. example:...

Improvement suggestions for the transcode section

Hi there I was wondering If at some point, in your transcode scheme, you were going to put in frame rate control. I personally think it is use full. especial so when transporting to the net. It easy enough to broadcast over the net, it just that it would be very use full to be able to reduce the fra...

I have the same card g450 in the same configuration only ntsc. it seems to work fine for me. only time it will not work is if there is another program using overlay. and vlc displays in surface mode. so I guess perhaps your setting in vlc could have the overlay disabled check your settings in vlc.
