I tried installing the latest DirectX stuff just yesterday. no luck. I tried installing Dx9 again today (after installing SP2 AGAIN), it says "DX9 is already installed" bah... how about trying to repair yourself stupid windows??? note: I did get VLC to work when I switched it to openGL mod...
