How does one stream in multicast over the internet?

Please help me out , i wish to stream to around 20 people on the internet and multicast seems to be a better option than http unicast but how do i go about it?

I wish to stream a video via http. it works fine but it uploads using my IP address, I have a proxy server and proxifier running but it doesnt send the packets using the proxy server. How do i make it to upload the packets through the proxy rather than directly
