Thank you for reply, the loop filter is already set to none is that mean shut down? No different found. any more idea?
If the HD content is h.264 @ 1080p (a ridiculous notion for monitors under 56") you can try shutting down the loop filter in Preferences FFmpeg options.

I became able to play the MP4 video to my picturebox within windows form. Now I want to change the aspect ratio and crop for the same. The aspect ratio, and crop control i found in vlc player simple by right clicking on it.
