Yeah, I have that same pixelated muddy mess look like the person in that thread, i tried doing what you instructed and I still get it.

Seeking, pixelated wierd video for 2-10 seconds.

Title says it all. when i seek, the video gets all pixelated and discoloured for a few seconds.

I am using a fresh installation of vlc, latest version.

using format avi and wmv

I unchecked "Overlay video output"

Still black.

My display adapters are updated.

Whenever i play a game, like Counterstrike Source, after i exit it out, and i go to play a video, any video, it is just black, with audio. If i restart my computer, it goes back to normal. I would like it better if i wouldn't have to restart my computer every time I'd like to watch a movie and/or sh...

Okay, i uninstalled, checked delete preferences and cache.

Reinstalled, checked it again, still pink filter.


EDIT: Okay, now the videos dont have the pink filter anymore.

.. Pink Filter Problem.

So i go to open a video to play it, and theres a pink filter. I thought it was just the video, so i deleted it. I go to a video ive already played before, and it too has a pink filter. I know its not the videos, so its vlc. How can i get this so its back to its original self? I would post a snapshot...

Removing Audio?

Well, the anime im trying to convert to my ipod converts into Japanese, and not English. It has both languages on it, but i prefer a language i can understand, lol..

So, is there a way to remove the Japanese audio from a video?
