I have already followed the steps in the INSTALL.wince. But it doesn't work.

yes , i know re-run make will work.
But it needs a lot of time for re-compile/re-build it if I have already compile/build it one time already.

I would like to ask is that any other methods for compile/build part of the code which is changed only?
