I use VLC to play IPTV.
I launch it by "vlc https:\\aaa.com\bbb.m3u" (or set it as a default stream in preferences).
I'd like VLC on startup to open the last viewed channel, without every time necessity to open playlist and scroll.

How can I achieve this?
