It's back to playing the same song on repeat.

I may just uninstall and try to install the version that worked...

VLC has three modes: no loop, loop all playlist, and repeat current item.

I still can not find how to change those settings.
This morning it was back on repeat current item... I never want that setting... I'd be thrilled to be able to find and squash.

Sorry... I didn't care what was causing the issue as much as I was searching for a way to make it stop. I clicked everything on the player looking for a solution... Maybe consider adding that link to the player somewhere in the future? And... Shouldn't playlist repeat have repeated entire playlist? ...

I don't know what was enabled... but the player wasn't repeating the playlist, it was simply repeating the first song on the list. After I went back to the house yesterday, I was able to solve... Real simple solution.... Click start... Click all apps... Click videolan ... Click reset preferences and...

Worked with HP windows 11.
Now using lenovo also windows 11.

Plays one song over and over...
I've tried taking working copy of VLC from other machine, I've tried a fresh download... no good.
