I re transformed a lot of videos in VLC and other programs it seems that it is just windows media player that for some reason plays them all without the transform/rotate from other programs.

In the VLC transform it appears the transform is reversing the video and also reduces the quality.

It appears that it might just be windows media player that always plays it without the rotation

I have the same issue, the rotate works fine for playing in VLC (For some of the transform options) however when playing in windows media player it's back to vertical, and or uploading to online video players.
