as i am a vb.net programmer tried yo use vlc component in my windows form application
while trying to add it into the user form in designer
system halted and restarted
i really dont understand why
any help is appreciated

Hi , i've used vlc object in my excel vba application
but i need detect it's silence
i means an rtmp is playing ,
signal and pid is ok
but the stream has no sounds !
i need to detect this
