when I select DVB DirectShow and than DVB-T i don't get any "drop down menu list" to select a device where should this menu list be?

I used ProgDVB for some time and it worked...

Hi, how can I get DVBT to work with VLC on windows? When I select DirectShowDVB there isnt a place to select a particular adapter, and there ae only Feequency and symbol rate, but form what I know from other DVBt apps there is a 3rd value needed, dont know how its called in englich. Yes, but other modes than the standard (DirectX) causes a to high CPU load and only a few frames per secund, with DirectX its only 50% and all frames.
The geode have only 500MHz

I would like to stream videos form one PC with VLC to an other over the Internet, but my upload capacity seems to low, how can I order vlc to reduce the datarate / increase compression to fit my bandwidth limitations?

I have an Acer C300 tablet PC also with an intel embeded graphic.
And VLC does not work for me in any non default screen orientation.

Does anyone know ehere to downlaod an driver update for this intel shipset graphic (its the old pentium M architecture)
