I tried to make a code account to leave a comment on https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues/28399 about it still being an issue but the account is stuck in review

I'm still having this issue in vlc-3.0.20-win64 on win11 (22h2)
uninstall/reinstall with reset pref and cache selected didn't make a difference
also tried the 32bit version still missing there too
