I'm also having the green line error in VLC 3.0.19. It seems to affect DX11 playback only, and is most likely to be on HEVC/x265 videos, but I am seeing it on H264 at times too. No clue as to what the specific encoding metric that's allowing some videos to display without the green line is. Typicall...
