I know that VLC as client supports RTP over TCP.

But I need that VLC as Server support RTP over TCP.

So, this feature is in your Summer project, right?

Why is there a busrt bit rate at session starting? (RTSP)

Does everybody know that why there is a burst bit rate at session starting?
I guess that VLC want to put the client buffer up, so it will transmit the burst data rate than normal rate.
Is it right? or please let me know the reason of that behavior?
