Hello, I am using vlc version 3.0.18 64bit on windows 10. When I play video from .mpd url stream, vlc always play on lowest quality. I have set the preferred video resolution on input/codec preference to Best available buat it still plays on lowest quality. I am sure it's not from my internet speed....
