The videos stored in a playlist in my IPhone 13 using latest IOS 17 does randomly starts from middle or close to end. Is there any fix other than manually dragging the bottom slider bar?

I am using VLC for IOS in my IPhone 13S. Bluetooth enabled hearing aid is configured to play video/music from VLC. However is there any option in VLC to choose a different bluetooth device or play in IPhone speaker?
