Any solutions, any ideas how to fix it?

Hi,

My videos playback are stuttering (I hope I use the right word), in other words it's not smooth (compared to i.e. QuickTime). It was fine at the beginning but now even reinstall on the vlc does not work? Anyone have this kind of issue?
