Sometimes, after I have touched the screen of my iPad for some reason while a video is playing in VLC, the video disappears. It gets minimised to a bar at the bottom of the screen. When I try to connect to the UP'n'P media shares on my laptop (running Ubuntu) from my iPad, all I see in VLC for iPad is "RygelContentDirectory?ObjectID-0", a search box, and nothing else. Originally this could have been explained by the fact that I didn't have Rygel configured correctly ...
