You can always remux a file and VLC can't 'delete' a track on the fly.

how can i make a remux. Is there any tutorial or something?

If you want to completly remove one audio track then you need to remux the file.

I can't edit it because it's a ready made video

There are separate audio recordings for 2 languages in the audio recordings of a video I downloaded from the internet, how can I delete one of them from VLC.
