Re: Recently played media.

Sorry, I didn’t explain myself properly. My bad. Basically I am using VLC as an external player in an IPTV app on my Fire TV Cube. When I play a video using VLC on the app is there a way for VLC to show me which episodes have already been watched? As it stands whenever I go back in to the IPTV app ...

Re: Recently played media.

Yes you can if you mean streams. 1. Go to the streams screen https://i.imgur.com/iAoaglJ.png 2. They should appear in the list under https://i.imgur.com/UxKYI4U.png Thanks Aza but that’s not actually what I meant. It was me describing the issue badly. Sorry. Basically I have an external IPTV app on...

Recently played media.

Hi guys, I think I already know this answer to this but figured I’d ask just in case I’m missing something. I’m using VLC on an Amazon Fire TV Cube (latest version of VLC - 3.4.3 I believe). Is there a way to have VLC indicate which videos have already been viewed when playing remote media via the i...

Re: No global settings for audio delay and subtitles

I found what the issue is when trying to debug another post here. I created an issue here: https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc-android/-/issues/2669 Excellent, thanks Aza. Much appreciated. Did you notice that the delay IS present if you close the video and then unmediated open it again? Is this...

Re: No global settings for audio delay and subtitles

I had already tried/tested that; unfortunately, that does not work either. The global "apply to all videos" does not take effect weather that first general setting of "Save audio delay" (Save individual audio delay for each video) is enabled or disabled; and yes, I have restarte...

Re: No global settings for audio delay and subtitles

The only way that the global audio delay works in 3.3.3 is by stopping and exiting playmode and then restarting the video (this must me done with each and every video file), otherwise the global audio delay setting will not take effect, so basically, no different than manually setting the delay for...

Re: Fire TV Audio Delay.

I got the exact same issue on my galaxy s10. Audio is out of sync exactly 200ms. I have to set audio delay to -200ms for all video ( but for me the setting is remembered ) The only answer I got is to wait for vlc 4.0. Hope for you you'll get a better answer... It’s a bind. I hope they hurry up and ...

Re: Fire TV Audio Delay.

What version of vlc? What codec and container?...x264, x265, mkv, mp4; etc. Are the videos streaming from the internet, local storage, or your internal local network? Hi, it’s 3.4.3 which is the latest available for Fire TV. The codec and container varies from .mp4 to MPEGTS and x264 and 5. Net ste...

Fire TV Audio Delay.

Hi guys, Sorry, I can see that this has been asked in the past but I can’t really see a definitive answer. I’m running VLC on an Amazon Fire TV Cube and the audio is always -200ms out. I can adjust it for every show I watch just fine and it fixes it but it NEVER remembers the settings. I always clic...
