Hi Lotesdelere, The behaviors on the ARM version of VLC are different on the Surface Pro X depending on whether the touchscreen is used or the mouse/trackpad is used, as you wondered. If the trackpad or mouse is used, first clicking on the video play progress bar causes the footage label to appear. ...

I usually use the touchscreen, I am not in front of the Surface at the moment to try using the trackpad.

I did say "clicking" but I meant tapping on the screen.
