Wait... I tried OpenGL for Windows.... restarted VLC player... and the choppiness seems to be gone..... ! woah...

Thank you for the response. Tried that.... same issue. I closed VLC, restarted video... still same issue. This only happens when I pause for like 5 mins or longer. Only a full reboot fixes the issue. Whereas Windows built in "Movies & TV" video player.... works perfectly, no issues aft...

Greetings, I have come across an issue while pausing VLC Player. When I pause a video for say 20 minutes or more, then when I attempt to resume, the video become choppy. Even when I close the video and reopen, the player is still choppy. I have to literally reboot Windows to get it back to normal. W...
