Your uploader has a 1GB limit. My file is 2.65GB. I can send it to an email address using WeTransfer if that works for you. (They'll send you a link to download the file. No need to create an account.)

(In looking at the VLC Version it occurs. to me that I am actually on an M1 (Apple) chip and not Intel. Perhaps I need a different version of VLC.)

New user here. I have a security camera NVR (Smonet brand) running under Eseecloud). For the first time, I need to play back a saved video recording. Everyone I asked told me VLC was the way to go. I dragged the file (AVI format, 2.65GB) into VLC. When I try to play it I get the following error mess...
