I have tried all the suggested but my IP TV 4K stream just stutters. Can someone please tell me, how can I set my 2nd network adapter to be used for opening (receiving) a multicast stream?

I went thru all the option but cannot find it. Years ago I know I could do it.

Using latest windows version of VLC.
