I found this option which is working great.

create a file called play.m3u

#EXTVLCOPT:start-time=10
#EXTVLCOPT:stop-time=122
/file/path/video/1.avi
#EXTVLCOPT:start-time=80
#EXTVLCOPT:stop-time=90
/file/path/video/2.avi

and then run it.
/usr/bin/vlc play.m3u
