You mean that you do not get a screen to put in your login credentials?

Yep, that is exactly right. I do not get any kind of response from selecting the Connect to Server button. No login credential prompt, no server address prompt, zero zilch nada.

There is a check box on the error dialog that says Hide Future Errors, and it doesn't seem to work. The error dialog still pops up. What gives?
