I'm getting some throttling when streaming YouTube videos again.

Since at least September 1st, haven't been able to stream YouTube videos through VLC anymore.
There are no error messages or anything.

Looks like the weird throttling/buffering issues with watching Youtube videos on VLC has started-up again.

Strange, videos are playing fine again but I haven't replaced the file yet.

The problem just flared-up again. It doesn't seem to effect all videos equally, the first video I linked below plays a little better than others, but it's little more a screen recording of some websites. It looks like Google's YouTube throttling is starting-up again.
Is anyone else having this problem?

When I watch this video through VLC, It's the same as before the fix.
