youtube-dl isn't being actively maintained. This is a fixed issue in the spiritual successor to youtube-dl, yt-dlp

VLC 3.0.16-3 does not play YouTube videos.
Manjaro system Linux xfse x64 and Windows 10. Playback occurs at a speed of 50 klb while my internet speed is 50-60 mbps. I checked on many videos I repeatedly started the video again, the effect is zero speed 50 klb. It feels like YouTube itself cuts the speed. This happens both in Linux and Window...
