That splitter module is not part of VLC, but some custom addition of rPI OS so you probably won't get help here.

Have you installed https://www.nuget.org/packages/LibVLCSharp.Avalonia/ ? Please share your project on github/gitlab so we can have a look. Thank You, i am one step further. Have you installed https://www.nuget.org/packages/LibVLCSharp.Avalonia/ ?
