Could you please provide some logs?
Reproduce the issue and then go to: Settings > Advanced > Debug logs. Then share the logs with the sharing service you prefer (Google Drive, Dropbox, pastebin...).

How do you try to access it? With what protocol? SMB?

I've tried several, smb, ftp, same issue with all.

Hope someone can help. I have a TV which has Android TV build in. I have a Nvidia shield set up which I use as a media server. Every other device in the house can access the shield (infuse on iOS and VLC on Android) but no matter what I try I can’t get the VLC on the Android TV to access the shield....
