some kind fella just posted instructions to edit/fix the icecast plugin on the above link ...it works!

yaaaaaaaaaay, nice one , thank you for engineering and sharing that fix. very average user here needed to do a bit of extra fiddling to find the file on mac : the location of plugin on my mac was /Applications/VLC.app//Contents/MacOS/share/lua/sd/ in terminal, using sudo su we we copied the icecast....

Hi My sidebar list of icecast streams is usually enormous but for the recent couple of weeks we only get 40 or so streams listed. There does not seem to be any outcry about this on the web - or on this forum, so we suspect the issue is at 'our end'. Please would someone help us restore the usual hug...
