Thank you for your investigation! All the movies, where that issue occured, had only English tracks (also the first one was in English only). Also: here in Germany all movies are dubbed - it is very unlikely, that an English-only DVD is sold here (especially, if the DVD cover is German). Unfortunate...
Yes, exactly: that is the issue. The problem is, that this issue appears just on some, but not on all multi-language DVDs.
