I'm having a similar problem with VLC 2.0.0 and 2.0.1 on OS X 10.7.3. Since I was having problems, I uninstalled VLC 2.0.1 and used the script that comes with the app to trash the prefs... after running the script once successfully, I ran it again and got a message saying that it was not able to fin...

I never had this problem on my PC, but it happens all the time on my Mac... I don't recall it happening when I first switched over to using a Mac, but I don't know if that's just because I wasn't trying to play these same video files, or if one of the updates introduced this bug? I'm using the Power...

Sorry... it appears that I forgot to log in on my last two posts... I wanted to edit my last post and realized that I was 'Guest' -- so I couldn't edit it... Just to be clear.. the 'low bandwitdh' computer and the 'high bandwidth' computer are not on the same LAN, they are in different geographic lo...
