Now I think its a network problem. A ping to the Multicastaddress hangs. From my other machine the ping returns like a broadcast.

I want to stream via Multicast and let it record by severals VLC.This all works (realtive) fine. Now I want to display some kind of text in the stream or a TimeCode. Is there a possibility to do this?

Hmm... Or is this a part of the VLC?
