Nevermind people, i like VLC a lot, and i use it to play all my movies with subtitles. But i figured out that FFPlay.exe (FFMEG) can open a IP camera stream also, and thanks god that supports Bitblt for Windows 7 + 10 (for XP does not work if window is offscreen), that was all i needed.
